Perfect for groups of couples who want to travel together but still want private spaces! You'll have the entire second floor of the historic, renovated Evanston building in downtown Hot Springs. - All FOUR suites (Suites 1-4) included in this reservation. - Each suite features full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living, and dining. This rental is for four separate, private apartments that are connected by a common hallway. Each apartment is fully furnished and features its own kitchen, living, dining, bedroom, and bathroom (so you'll have four kitchens, four living rooms, etc.). Suite 4 is the largest and the best place to hang out as a group, with lots of flex space in the kitchen/dining area.

The Evanston Suites is located in the heart of Hot Springs' historic downtown, across from the train depot. Our downtown features beautiful turn-of-the-century sandstone buildings, a lovely river walk along Fall River, and many great shops and restaurants! We are a short walk to Moccasin Springs and Evans Plunge, our town's two mineral springs experiences.
Hot Springs is easy to get around and very walkable! Within a less than ten minute walk, you can get to several coffee shops and restaurants, Moccasin Springs, Evans Plunge, and local boutiques.
Wind Cave National Park, Mammoth Site, and the south entrances to Custer State Park are just a short drive (5-15 minutes), and attractions such as Mount Rushmore are about an hour away.
In 2024, expect some road construction on the main highway through town which may require short detours.

We're Jeremy and Carrie Isaac, and we stumbled on the historic Evanston building while looking for property in the Black Hills of South Dakota. We promptly fell in love with The Evanston's storied past and Hot Springs' small-town charm, and launched our vacation rentals in March 2022. Each suite is named for a person who lived in The Evanston during its early days as a boarding house and features bits of history about its namesake.
