Cooking equipment and tools were inadequate - there was a lid without a matching pot and a pot without a matching lid. The lighting and ceiling fans in the bedrooms were combined - no lights, no ceiling fan. There was a water leak in living area. Water came out between tiles when you stepped on tile. Fans and water leak were reported to Ursula but received no feedback. The location and access to beach was GREAT! The balcony with the furniture was excellent - we spend lots of time there. The mattresses were also of good quality. The unit was well priced. We will book unit again for sure.

Ursula's place is well situated, maintained & priced. Had to travel for a funeral unexpectedly & she accommodated us after several surrounding hosts had turned us down or just ignored us for booking last minute. However, we were without power for the duration of the stay. Arrived 8:30pm & security told us there was an area power issue. Asked host for loadshedding/emergency lights around 9pm but no response. 4:30am still with no power, reached out but no response. Tried the texting number she provided explaining that we couldn't prepare food for the babies but no reply. Called her & she told us of a group text about the area outage, said that she didn't know what else to tell us, how to help & had no alt. accommodation. Found e-lights at our door when we returned end of day. All comms for solutions was initiated by us with no response until we'd call. Candles, small gas stove & cooler box with ice would've helped. Great place but unfortunately host was helpless during the emergency
