This loft is just north of Bexley, a highly sought after Columbus neighborhood. Just .2 miles from Bexley Coffee Shop and 1.5 miles from the walkable Main Street. This space is perfect for short or long stays - the loft is fully yours and equipped with essentials. Shared bathroom on main floor. LGBT friendly. Guest need to be okay with my very large, very friendly dog, Cash. (Cash does not enter the upstairs loft unless you request.) Parking on street, always a spot in front of my house! You'll have the entire upstairs loft - more than just a small room! The loft is furnished with queen bed, dresser, small couch, and TV (streaming apps only, no cable). You'll have access to rest of house as well (except my bedroom and office). The downstairs has living room, shared bathroom, and kitchen. Unfinished basement has laundry. You'll be sharing the house with me and my dog, Cash. Backyard is a 6’ privacy fence. Cameras in backyard, side of house, along with ring door bell and security system.

Just stayed one night, Katelyn was very friendly and responsive, gave good recommendations for local restaurants and was flexible with check-in time. Very clean space and the bed was comfortable.

I wish I could give more than five stars! My stay at Katelyn's adorable house was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from both Katelyn and her furry companions. The house itself is an absolute delight, with an abundance of lush plants that create such a cozy atmosphere. It truly felt like a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Katelyn is not only a fantastic host but also an incredibly kind-hearted individual. Her dedication to fostering dogs and showering them with love is truly inspiring. Cash (her dog), was incredibly friendly, and Honey (her foster dog) added so much joy to my stay. Katelyn's hospitality went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure the house was spotless and was always available to assist with any queries I had. By the end of my stay, I felt like I had gained a friend in Katelyn for life. Her genuine friendliness and caring nature truly made my experience unforgettable.

Neighborhood - On block south from my house is the start of Bexley, a very high income neighborhood. However, my immediate neighborhood block/neighbors are low-income. My house is probably the "nicest looking" in the neighborhood. That does not mean it's not safe. I know the majority of my neighbors. They are mostly elderly and we "take care of each other". Ron mows my grass, Lea takes in my amazon packages when I'm not home, Shelley walks the alley for "steps" every day, etc etc. I like to be upfront about this so it's not a surprise when you arrive :-)
I am 6 minutes from airport and offer airport pick up and drop off if I’m available! Parking is on the street in front of my house. If you are going to be gone for extended days, you can park inside my privacy fence.
