Ideal for for small families or business commuters, there's also free street parking, a good quality sofa-bed allowing space for a fifth person and a lovely garden. All located on the ground floor, are 2 comfortable and spacious double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower, a stylish living room with a sofa bed and a newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

Great stay in Cambridge! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located for exploring the city. Our host was helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasant visit.
Great stay at Guy’s place. Good location - 30 minute easy walk into the city centre - however good bus link and cheap UBER - £6’ish. Modern, clean interior as well as spacious bedrooms and comfortable sofa and nice TV. More than happy to recommend!

Overall, the property was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay. We had no trouble getting what we needed from the shops which were barely 10 minutes walk away. It is also within walking distance of bus stops for easy commute to the city centre and other places.

The property is a 20-30 minute walk to Cambridge City Centre, there are also plenty of buses that will get you there in 10 minutes. There is a co-op 5 minutes walk away and plenty of cafes and pubs nearby. The property is also located a 5-10 minute drive to the Cambridge Science Park.
