The Charmer in Ocean Grove * Mordialloc is renowned for its beautiful beach, as well as its creek! Sailing, swimming & paragliding happen daily. There is a long pier. The marina is at the heart of this coastal town where sail, yachts & fishing boats are plentiful! Watch the impressive race horses 🏇 trot along the beach early on Sundays mornings. This town is a melting pot of international cuisines, wine bars, pubs & nightlife. This home is our piece of paradise in a family friendly quiet Mordialloc street. A charming, warm & inviting solid brick pad where you’ll feel at home to relax & unwind on your coastal stay with your family. The unit boasts 2 bedrooms a queen bed for the master off the passage way. & A full floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with full deep bath & a separate powder room. The living & dining room is separate to the kitchen both also off the passage way. The sun drenched kitchen looks out to the elevated deck & you’ll find a hidden laundry area with washing machine & trough as well as pegs to hang washing on the full clothes line next to the deck. Somedetergent available for a load. No smoking inside. Please respect our neighbour friends by turning music & noise down from 10pm. We adore our neighbours & want to look after them. No loud music anytime. If your stay includes a Tuesday night, please take the bins out & bring them back in. Please strip the bedding before checking out & leave it in the bath if possible.
We had a very comfortable stay in Mordialloc and Heidi was very helpful and accommodating.
Heidi a toujours été prévenante,à l'écoute, nous donnant la possibilité de prendre le logement à 11h au lieu de 14h. Dans la cuisine, elle nous avait préparé un panier alimentaire de première nécessité. Le logement était très propre, accueillant. il se situe à 10mn à pied de la gare, 15mn du bord de mer et des commerces. je recommande sans hésiter cette location. Merci encore Heidi
Lived here for a month - Heidi is absolute a great host with every time prompt response. She prepared food, drinks and snacks on our arrivals which was very sweet after a long 11 hr flight. This is my first time to use airbnb but will definitely not the last, due to this great experience. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Heidi's place is clean, modern, very well stocked and comfortably furnished. There were lots of lovely food items in the kitchen on arrival, and Heidi checked in to make sure we were finding everything we needed. She was helpful in recommending a lot of activities in the area for my kids, and we all enjoyed the special pleasures of this under the radar gem of bayside Melbourne. We loved waking up to the hypnotic warbling of magpies, walking along the quietly lapping Moordialloc Creek and checking out the fishing vibe on the long pier in the mornings, op-shopping for quirky finds, and watching the magnificent sunsets on Moordialloc beach with our feet in the shallows. Great restaurants, although the kitchen is well set up for cooking too, and we enjoyed many meals alfresco on the covered deck. Transport links are great, only a 10 minute walk to the train station, lots of buses going in all directions. If you want a relaxing stay, with a good setup for kids, Heidi's place rocks!
Heidi communicated really well and was very friendly and helpful. She made sure the place was comfortable and clean and she really thought of everything including chocolates and Tim Tams! The unit was in a great location and it was a short walk to the beach and train station. Highly recommend!
This is a huge block with several other units within. This gem is located at the front of the block amongst lush grassy space & greenery. The block is situated within an area of fabulous houses & is a 2 min walk to Mordialloc Creek. A 5 min walk along the creek takes you to the Main Street of Mordialloc where you’ll find a plethora of shops, restaurants & bars, the train station & beach. You’ll pass a fabulous playground on your way as well as a variety of colourful boats.
There is space for 1 off street car to park. Plenty of space directly outside the carport on the street as well. The unit is a 2 min drive from the Mordialloc village hub where you’ll find plenty of parking if you don’t want to walk
