JM’s place sa private and peaceful. Lots of amenities such as pools, billiards, basketball court and Videoke. However, the place is somehow old, Comfort Rooms are dirty, no bed blankets provided, NO toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpastes, soap, towels provided. The place doesn’t even have enough kitchenwares and cutlery. I am disappointed since we are expecting something AirBnB worthy place as all of my experiences booking Airbnb are exceptional. This place is pretty dis appointing. We paid a decent amount of money but it was not worth it. Finally, I don’t recommend this place.

The place was described accurately and place is the same as it was shown in the photos. Very accommodating Host and care taker. Responsive and friendly in nature. We all enjoyed our stay specially the kids. Very spacious and safe. We would love to stay again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at Punta Verde Resort. The host was great; he was very responsive and considerate when we inquired about our check-in time. Kuya Philip, the caretaker, was extremely accommodating. The place is well-marked, making it easy to find, especially for first-time visitors. The pool is spacious, ideal for large family gatherings, and the rooms are also fantastic. If most of us didn't have work the next day, we would probably extend our stay here. Don't hesitate to book this resort, guys; it's definitely worth it!
