This location was perfect to see the dinosaur sites! We rented a car and hit a few of the sites in the area. The Sirindhorn Museum is just a few minutes away, and Tida works there, so she gave us tips. It helped tremendously that Tida and Romain along with their daughters are knowledgeable about the dinosaurs which was our reason for coming to the area. They are a super friendly and hospitable family opening their home to us. My son was thrilled to play with the daughters, and we got to visit their fish pond a couple of times with their grandfather. We had our own fun semi-outdoor bathroom with plants along with a hot water heater. The hammock under the house was relaxing. The house is on the main road, so we could hear vehicles. But the warmth and kindness of this beautiful family made it not an issue.

The Romain's place is simply awesome. If you're into rural Isaan, and in kalasin thee days, or thinking to go there, this place is perfectly for you. His charming Thai wife, Tida, adorable kids, in laws, they're all extremely friendly and kind. Caring for you as if you're a member of their family. Breakfast every morning, a cup of coffee, cakes, everything was amazing. One of the best homestay experiences I've had in all of Thailand, that's for sure. Thank you, Romain, for this great time!

Endroit charmant et accueillant malgré la proximité de la route principale...un peu bruyante. Les hôtes sont généreux de leurs conseils pour les attraits du coin.
