This is a great house in a central location in Fiskebäckskil. It has a welcoming atmosphere and is close to all amenities, beach, marina, padel and tennis courts, public transport, shops, restaurants and close to Skaftö Golf Club. This is a house great to visit all year round. In the summer with all activities of the season. In the winter for recreational walks along the sea and relaxation by the fireplace. It is also possible to do lobstersafaris in Fiskebäckskil. New built house with a central location in the village. The house is only a short walk from all amenities such as the beach, marina, shops and restaurant. There are large social, open plan area in the house fully equipped with all amenities, and a fire place on the ground floor and TV and playstation on the upper floor. The house has four bedroom, downstairs a comfortable pull out bed, 160 cm. Upstairs a spacious masterbedroom with a bed, 180cm, and two bedrooms with queen size beds, 120cm. Upstairs there's also a toilet, TV lounge and balcony. There's a large terrasse and garden with a lawn. We have pets, a cat, important information for guests with allergies.

We spent a week in Katarina‘s beautiful house in Fiskebäckskil and enjoyed it very much. The house has lots of space and atmosphere and is equipped with everything we needed. The pretty village, the local swimming spot and great hikes are only a few minutes away. The are plenty of outdoor activities to do and the town of Lysekil is only a short boatride away. Swimming is pretty chilly (and a bit murky) even in the midst of summer and don‘t forget to bring your bathrope to take your morning swim as the locals do.
Katarina's house was perfect for our group of three families - it is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed outdoor meals at the big table outside. The kids loved crab fishing on a nearby beach. The town is small and calm. it is located a short ferry ride away from Lysekil. Katarina was very responsive and helpful.
Well-equipped home (spices, grill, boardgames, books..), hidden from frequently walked paths and therefore with enough privacy but still very close to the beach, store etc. The communication was super easy and the instructions were clear.
Fantastic and relaxing place, with everything we needed for a week's summer vacation with our two boys 9 & 12. We enjoyed the very calm sand beach, bbq, bicycling, stunning old town, great dining by the marina, 2 mini golf courses with ocean view. and the beautiful fully eqipped house. Nice ferry trip to Lysekil. Great food store 5 min away with bike.

Fiskebäckskil is singled out by some guide books as one of the most pittoresque villages in Bohuslän, with its housing dating back to the 18th century, its mill, old church, and not the least the stunning archipelago.
There is plenty of sports and leisure activities that will suit most tastes ranging from tennis, a famed golf course, sailing, to trekking, nature walks, and cultural outings. The village has two good restaurants, with more options in nearby Grundsund and Lysekil. In Fiskebäckskil there is also a sailing camp, swimmingschool and riding school, a beach, and options to go on sail safari.
In the summer time hotell Gullmarstrand offers free outside aerobics every day.
In the autumn there are activities such a lobster safari and the Hotell Gullmarstrand has a spa with gym and outdoor pool open all year round, it is also possible to do a lobster safari.
The house is located within a short walk from the buss stop with regular connection to Uddevalla and Göteborg. There ferry to Lysekil is also only 10 minutes walk away. It is also possible to rent bicycles in the village.
