Relax by the pool, go for a swim or enjoy a movie with our home cinema system. Our villa is the perfect hideaway for those looking for a break from hectic everyday life. Parties are not allowed! The villa has three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds, which can be combined into a large double bed with a mattress topper. One of the bedrooms leads to a second living room with a kitchenette and a pull-out sofa bed. The main living area is very open and spacious and consists of a living area, reading area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and hallway. An unsecured staircase leads from the living room to the mezzanine, where there is another single bed. On the lower floor there is a spacious pool room with plenty of free space that can be used for yoga or other activities. The villa is surrounded by several hectares of forest. In the large garden there are 3 terraces that are in the sun or shade at different times of the day. There is a direct neighbor with a friendly dog. Since it is forbidden to fence in the property, he can come visit when his owner is not at home.
