Thank you Ally for your wonderful unit! It’s new and the room has very very nice view. Despite the traffic outside the hotel, everything was great as Pavillion, food, jalan alor and other malls are within walkable distance. My family and i had a comfortable stay. Recommended!

the good: place was as described. Location was prefect for where we wanted to be during our stay. Plenty of places to eat and shop. the bad: towels were old and thin, and the hallway had smelly oldor due to trash not being taking out from trash room. The elevators are always pack and busy. Takes a long time to get up or down. Checkin was difficult. I asked weeks prior if we could check our bags in ahead of time and was told yes. no problem at all. Day of checkin I had to message them. they were slow to respond and checkin instructions were sent only afterward. The guard refused to allow us entry even after showing our booking info. We had to call the host twice for the guard to allow entry to retrieve the key cards.

It's a nice place to stay and nearby lot 10, pavilion, fahrenheit, TRX exchange and alor. Cheah is responsive and helpful. It would be helpful if there's a water dispenser. Overall it's a good place to stay if you want to walk to the mall. Recommended!
