The open plan living area is situated on the ground floor and has sliders to a large patio fitted with a wood/charcoal braai. There is underfloor heating fitted throughout the entire house. The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, cockery, pots & pans) with under counter oven/ hob, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble drier and has granite counters The lounge has a smart TV with DSTV Compact. The fireplace uses gas which can be arranged at an additional cost. There is a six seater dining area for relaxed holiday meals. The patio also has a table and chairs for the summer months when meals can be enjoyed outside. Free WIFI Linen, towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning materials are provided. Unfortunately no consumables (tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc) provided. Unfortunately the unit does not have solar back-up during loadshedding, but there is a gas cooker with kettle and emergency lights The house has underfloor heating throughout - gas for the fireplace can be arranged at an additional cost - can be added to AirBnB payment after booking has been accepted. Housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost, Mondays – Saturdays (excludes Christmas Day and New Years Day) and consists of making up beds, washing dishes, sweeping the floor and cleaning of bathrooms.
