Unfortunately, this Air BnB didn’t live up to our expectations - especially for what we paid. Front door was difficult to open, mould smell in kitchen (especially when opening cupboards), cups were dirty and oily, crumbs on the bench on arrival, hair in the bath on arrival, cheap finishings and the kitchen had the absolute bare minimum to cook with. However, it was a great location, good sized rooms, wifi was good and grateful for fans in each room as there was no air con! If we paid less then we might have had lower expectations but unfortunately my friends and I felt we didn’t get what we paid for and were thoroughly disappointed. 😓

We had a great time at this place. Parking was easy on the street. Félix was very responsive and accommodating to us wanting to drop our luggage off early. Would stay again!

Overall, this place was great. It's near the fish market, paddy market, China townand Broadway shopping area. Rooms were fine and clean. The only issue I had was air conditioning, there is no air conditioning like they advertise on air bnb app. The night I stayed there was warmer then I like and there was no air conditioning. There was also only 1 fan provided for the first floor. Did not sleep well till late until it got cool for me. So this is the only big minus point for me.
