This luxury waterfront property is located in the heart of Coles Bay. Experience uninterupted views of the Great Oyster Bay and the iconic 'The Hazards' mountain range from the open plan living area and deck. Conveniently located only a 2 minute walk to your local coffee shops, icecreamery, supermarket, restaurants, beaches and only a 1 minute stroll to the Wine Glass Bay Cruise departure wharf. Positioned on the doorstep of the Freycinet National Park and the famous Wine Glass Bay walk. The Moorings has 3 spacious bedrooms. Three with king beds, or two King Beds and 2 Single Beds. The Master Bedroom has a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom and built in robe. There is an aditional separate toilet and bathroom/shower to cater for additional guests. There are panel heaters in every room as well as an electric log fire in the lounge/living room so the house is very cosy, especially in the colder months. There is a television in every room, wireless internet throughout and laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, iron etc. The stylish kitchen has all the modern facilities and there is a large dining table and chairs.

Great location to discover Freycinet and fabulous views. Had all the necessary amenities for a holiday stay. Very clean and modern apartment. Liz and Craig responded quickly to any questions. Would fully recommend their Airbnb.
The best thing about this home is the Divine view straight out from the deck and lounge to the Hazard Mountains. We could wander 2 mins to the general store, ice-creamery, restaurant or boat to Wineglass Bay and just a few minutes in a car to the entrance to the National Park or the Beach for a swim. The design and interior of this home is very beautiful and luxurious. I loved how the main bedroom was slightly separate from the other rooms with a large ensuite and a balcony for sipping wine in the afternoon sun. Great bed, soft sheets, big shower head, nice fluffy towels of all sizes, great lighting options throughout. The lounge room & dining area was very comfortable & stylish with wooden dining table, leather lounges, luxury throw rugs, heater and a big TV. The property has very peaceful established gardens with lemon, fig and pear trees with rabbits hopping about. Thanks Liz and Craig! Katrina xx
Amazing place and the detail to cleanliness was outstanding. It was worth every cent! Had some difficulties with the tv’s in the bedrooms but other than that couldn’t be happier ☺️

Coles Bay offers pristine beaches that are perfect for walking, swimming, kayaking, diving, boating and fishing.
There are many local activities such as, quad bike tours, guided kayaking, scenic flights as well as the amazing cruise to Wineglass Bay. The Freycinet National Park offers a range of walks and hikes.
Coles Bay is 29 kms from the Tasman Highway turnoff.
It is 195 Kms from Hobart and 175 kms from Launceston.
When in Coles Bay you can drive to the light house and lookout at Cape Tourville and to the entrance of the Freycinet National Park to enjoy the many walks.

Craig & I are both retired Tasmanians and enjoy many interests including family, golf, fishing and travelling within Australia and overseas. We have decided to offer our beautiful waterfront property at Coles Bay for others to enjoy. The Moorings is a lovely sunny 3 bedroom house. We hope our guests enjoy the beautiful location and all the wonderful things that the Freycinet area has to offer.
