The “room with a view” at Carla’s Cottages is a total gem! It was a delightful and pleasant stay and I hope to return again one day. Carla is thoughtful, kind and very responsive. 😊

This is like a private palazzo in the best neighborhood in Montecito. You arrive through stately gates into a gravel driveway. I had a private bed/bath suite upstairs. While there were other AirBnB guests (based on cars parked in driveway), I never saw or heard anyone. My bed was comfy and the room was well appointed with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven. My suite had a shared balcony over the backyard with peaceful water fountain and chaise lounge where I enjoyed my morning tea. Again no one else used the balcony. I love this neighborhood and this suite is all I need when I come to Santa Barbara. I did not use the pool/spa as it was February and I was out most of the time, but it is a great feature.
