firstly, we were greeted by another person, not the owner, but we were not warned about this. The address on the application is inaccurate. We were met by a stranger in a car near the park. He wore shoes in the apartment; the floors and carpets were dirty. The plumbing and bathroom are in terrible condition. The bathroom door is broken and won't close. The toilet is not very clean. The shower head came off. The tap is leaking. The kitchen sink is clogged. The room is located in the basement, the neighbors are grilling barbecue right opposite and the whole smell ends up in our “apartment”. Also, in the photo there is a table in the “kitchen”, but in reality there is none. The apartment itself is located in a semi-basement; for heating there is only air conditioning. It should be running constantly so you don't freeze, but the other room will still be cold. I got sick and caught a cold in my back.
