Claire was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our the process. she was also offered to drop us off at the station instead of walking or getting an Uber. I would 100% recommend this lovely place, with comfy beds and a very homey feel!
Beautiful surroundings and cosy room. Breakfast was a bit difficult negotiating space to prepare and eat (my daughter and I sat in bed which some may feel uncomfortable about) This did not detract from the friendly ambience and attention to detail that made our stay extremely pleasant
Beautiful peaceful location with great walk for my dog. Spacious bedroom with lovely views. Comfy bed, porridge pots, toast etc there for breakfast. Friendly helpful hosts with a pleasant Shitzhu dog Theo. Own bathroom just a few steps from room.
This is my second stay here and would highly recommend. The place is squeaky clean, smells amazing and has everything you need. The bathroom is beautiful too with an amazing bathtub !
Wonderful stay, beautiful room and very welcoming and helpful host. Would be a privilege to stay again in the future.

The property is set just outside the market town of Ware in beautiful countryside with excellent walks and easy access into London Liverpool St, A10 to London and the M25.
We have plenty of parking and it is a 2 minute drive into town or a 10/15 minute walk. There is plenty of parking in the town with Ware Station into London Liverpool St only 5 minutes by car. Trains run from Ware to London every half an hour
