This small adorable house is conveniently located just a short drive to lots of major retail, dining, and lots of metro Detroit attractions . *Uncluttered *Fully stocked kitchen *comfortable linens *King in the Primary+ TV *Queen bed *Hulu, Netflix ,Disney Plus & Roku live TV *Dog Friendly home with fenced in yard, stainless steel bowls & dog beds *WFH desk/fast WiFi *Quiet & quirky older neighborhood *Close to local bars, restaurants, parks& highways *Easy access to major venues This comfy ranch has the Primary bedroom on the main floor with a King size mattress. There is a queen bed in the other room. The house has one full bathroom, a desk, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There is great back patio deck with a nice view of the fenced in yard.

Such a great host. I can’t say enough nice things but I’ll try. 1. The house is stocked with things that other airbnbs don’t even think about. Chargers, seasonings, soap, qtips, etc. 2. Very thoughtful with communication and the itinerary. Basically a PowerPoint of things to do near the home. 3. My dog wasn’t able to join but there is more dog amenities than any other Airbnb I’ve been at. Seriously great little place and right off the highway if you’re working or heading to a venue in Detroit.
Highly recommend. Coffee shop and great restaurant in walking distance, nice neighborhood and super quick access to highway. The home was clean and comfortable, would stay again!
Comfortable. I spoke to Jessica about a couple of minor maintenance issues and she offered to come over and take care of them right away. Driveway is very narrow between houses so go slow. Had a nice stay. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Thanks Jessica.

Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood, close to Madison Heights, Ferndale and 1 mile from Main street Royal Oak. The location will give you easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping options. This neighborhood has easy access to major big box stores as well as major highways.
Single car driveway on the property that can accommodate two cars stacked and plenty of street parking. Walking, driving and biking are popular modes of travel in this neighborhood. Lyft and Uber are readily available and there is plenty of parking available in downtown Royal Oak.
