Ideal for couples, families/ small group of friends; it has the most incredible sea views, is surrounded by stunning lawns & woods and has access to the spectacular coast path. Set on the top (second) floor of a restored Georgian mansion, it offers recently renovated, spacious, extremely comfortable, well-equipped accommodation amongst a magical, romantic setting. Spacious, double bedroom with super-comfortable king-size bed, panoramic sea views, dressing area & fitted wardrobes. Large, open-plan lounge with panoramic sea views, coffee table, cabinets & very comfortable John Lewis sofas. Sleeps up to 4 guests if also using the double sofa bed in lounge. Luxury bedlinen and towels provided. Relaxing, fully fitted bathroom with full sized bath and electric shower over. Kitchen/ diner with double oven & hob, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & Nespresso machine. Full kitchenware. Includes: local information, Wi-fi, heating, smart TV + Netflix, DVD player & DVDs, books, games, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Free parking for 1 car. Outside benches & table with views in lovely, private communal grounds (2 acres of lawns & woods). Well kept communal entrance into hallway leading (via wide, carpeted, non steep stairs) to second (top) floor. Full smoke alarm system

We spent a couple of nights in this beautiful apartment. It had everything you would ever need. Beautiful views and a short walk to the local pubs! St David's was only a 5 minute drive away which was handy. Michelle was a great host, couldn't have asked for more. We will be back in the future!

My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay at Michelle’s apartment. The location is perfect for walks along the coastline or into the Village of Solva with great places to eat. The apartment was immaculate with comfortable beds and nice personal touches. Highly recommended

Skokholm View apartment is wonderfully located to enjoy the peace, privacy and tranquillity of its magnificent, cliff top position on Pembrokeshire's breath-taking St Brides coastline. Approached via a sweeping, woodland driveway, its away from any hustle & bustle but with everything this glorious part of Pembrokeshire has to offer right on the doorstep.
The apartment is beautiful, light and spacious (as well as warm & cosy in winter) and offers direct access to the coastal path in addition to uninterrupted, panoramic sea views of St Brides Bay and Skokholm & Skomer Islands. Very pretty Solva village is just a 15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) one way, with wonderful Caerfai Bay & St Davids a 45 minute walk (or 7 minute drive) the other. The vast, sandy beaches of Newgale and Whitesands (both great for water sports enthusiasts) are also close by. Solva boasts a wonderful harbour, small beach and fantastic amenities (including pubs, a grocery store, fresh fish takeaway, restaurants, cafes, craft shops & galleries). St Davids (the smallest city in the UK) also has fabulous amenities and a beautifully historic Cathedral to explore.
Activities available locally are wide ranging and include: walking, boat trips to spot seals & dolphins (& puffins at certain times of the year!) paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, cycling, eating out and gallery, craft shop & historic sight exploring - to name but a few! Slightly further away Pembrokeshire locations like Broad Haven, Little Haven, Fishguard, Preseli Hills, Cardigan, Barafundle Bay, Bosherton Lily Ponds, Freshwater East, Pembroke & Carew Castles, Llys-y-Fran Reservoir, Narberth, Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo, Saundersfoot and Tenby (all between 25-55 mins drive) are also reachable for day trips.
Free parking provided with property. Well stocked corner shop, great pubs, cafes, takeaway and restaurants - all walkable to in upper & main Solva. St Davids, Newgale and Whitesands are also close by. Spectacular walks available along the coastal path 5 minutes walk from property. Local bus service with sheltered bus stop approximately 70 metres from end of driveway.
