This place was in a great location, walkable to Orient Beach and next to a bunch of great restaurants! The air bnb was exactly as pictured, and perfect size for my husband and I who were traveling with an almost 6 and 2 year old. The apartment had steep stairs but host accommodated safety gates among other toddler related items which was very helpful. The host also had a welcome package which had a lot of great restaurant recommendations and beaches to check out which definitely helped guide our planning for this trip. We had an amazing time and cant wait to return again!

This apartment and the location were very family and kid friendly. If you didn’t want to go anywhere else but the beach and enjoy good food and excursions, you could do that here. There was plenty to do nearby, while still in a very charming area, with a peaceful vibe. We visited with our 7 & 9 year old kids, and enjoyed the shortest 2 minute walk to the beach. We took a little stroll at night after dinner. There were several great restaurants nearby. The place itself was comfortable, and Nina was very responsive when we reached out with questions. She was super nice and helped us arrange a little kayaking excursion to a couple of nearby small islands off the coast- memories we won’t soon forget. Overall, a total win staying here for great value and interacting with very nice people. Merci Nina!

We spent 5 days at Nina’s place during our recent trip to St. Martin and were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is located in the very heart of the Orient Bay village, steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. The area gets very lively in the evenings and you can hear some of the noise in the apartment. We were not bothered by it though because the central location by the beach was definitely worth it. The apartment itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. Nina is a wonderful host, very friendly, proactive and easy to communicate with. She provided us with some local recommendations and was always available for any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Nina’s place! Thank you Nina! ❤️

A great place for a few friends. Orient Bay is the best place to stay on the island and this is one of the best flats, centrally located and near everything.

Convenient and cozy place to stay. Host was wonderful! Very accommodating and gave suggestions for things to try on the island. Apartment was clean and had basically everything we needed. They even added stair gates for our little toddler! Small grocery store across the street as well as restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was close, about 3 min. The beach at Orient is a little choppy though which made it not too baby friendly but we rented a car to explore the island and see the other calmer beaches. Pinel Island had calm waters and was great overall! The apartment is in a safe community which houses mostly tourists. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
