Mountain Spirit Luxury Hideaway, opposite the National Park with breathe taking views and ski in ski out possibility. This luxury house is located Near Kitzbühel and offers a beautiful scenery with all day sunshine. The nature-loving farmhouse, with a large garden is situated at an altitude of 1260 m In a secluded location. In summer the cows graze, in winter there is a beautiful blanket of snow. At the farm you will have a mix of nature that provides the perfect relaxation all year round. The Villa is built in a typical traditional style. It has many lovingly handcrafted details: such as thick walls on the first floor, many double windows, window cross, handmade doors, beautiful floors and high-quality fabrics. The first floor is made of pure light-colored spruce wood and Swiss stone pine, with special decorations. Three glass doors connect the rooms with the large balcony. Wooden floors round off the ambience of this feel-good place. The highlight is a centuries-old parlor from South Tyrol, which serves as a cosy dining room for 8 people. The dining room and lounge is connected to the living room. The living room has an Open fireplace and cozy couches and armchairs. Here tv and streaming services are available. We also provide a kitchen with all you might need as well as a spacious hallway. On the second floor three bedrooms with 5 - 7 beds, 2 bathrooms, one of them with a free-standing bathtub and a small sauna. All connected by a spacious corridor and surrounded by a balcony. In the outdoor area there are two spacious terraces, each with a table and various seating around the tables and comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. There is also a seating area by the pond, benches around the house and a seating area in the farm garden. A highclass grill would be your outdoor kitchen connecting you with with the breathtaking views over the Hohe Tauern mountains.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr hochwertiges Ferienhaus mit einzigartigem Bergpanorama. Sonne von morgens bis abends. Perfektes Durchschlafen, dank guter Betten und gemütlicher Atmosphäre - Zirbenholz im Obergeschoss. Wir haben uns in der Ruhe und frischen Bergluft bestens erholt. Und die 300 Jahre alte Stube - einzigartig! Morgens joggen und mittags Radtour , alles vom Haus aus. Golfplätze auch in der Nähe. Nicole hat uns super Tipps für die Region gegeben. Wir können die Mountainspirit Villa sehr empfehlen und versuchen, bald wieder zu kommen.
Nicole`s Bauernhaus ist ein traumhaftes Chalet in Alleinlage, mit einem grandiosen Blick über die Hohen Tauern. Alles im Haus ist so geschmackvoll und stilhaft eingerichtet, mit einem tollen Mix aus alten Unikaten und modernen Elementen. Die Stube aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ist ein wahres Schmuckstück, so stellt man sich ein Bauernhaus vor. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen in sehr, sehr guten Betten. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet zum selbst versorgen, es fehlt an nichts. 3 Terrassen rund herum bieten unvorstellbar schöne Ausblicke über die umliegenden Berge. Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist die Mittelstation der Panorama Bahn, die einen auf die Kitzbühler Alpen bringt, ein ideales Ski- und Wandergebiet. Nicole war immer und für alle Fragen schnell erreichbar und hatte uns auch mit guten Tips für Unternehmungen zur Seite gestanden. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen, ein Haus mit Seele und Geschichte.
Wunderschönes Chalet mit historischen Charakter. 200 Jahre alte Stube, perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Super gelegen für Ski In/Ski out. Lift ist keine 200 Meter entfernt. Schwierig im tiefsten Winter mit Auto zu erreichen. Allrad oder Schneeketten sind erforderlich.
Amazing home at an amazing spot. You don’t need any more than this view. If you do, the beautiful home has everything to make you feel comfortable. And if you still need more the slopes are a 2mins walk by skiboot-foot. Nicole was lovely and made sure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Great architecture!
This place is beyond spectacular. Built in 1703! There is amazing craftsmanship throughout the home from ceiling to floor. There is a hot sauna, a pond out back with a fire pit. A fireplace inside the house as well. A beautiful kitchen with a large selection of teas and coffee options. Big bedrooms. Laundry room. Netflix available in the living room. It is walking distance to the first gondola although we drove down the driveway and parked in the lot so not to walk in our ski boots but it is possible. There are also great restaurants within walking distance. My favorite was Sunnseit. Family owned, chef oriented and delicious. The Berghotel Breitmoos is also good as is the Mooralm. You can rent skis under the gondola which is 2 minutes from the house. Can’t recommend this place enough. Really special home.
