The space sleeps a maximum of 12 people: 2 in the Master 2 in the upstairs Queen Office room 2 in the upstairs Queen log room 2 in the upstairs bunk room 2 on the living room pull out bed 2 on the reclining sofas in the basement. The house sits on a large corner lot with lots of grass to play in, outside seating, and a tree swing in the front lawn. You’ll find everything you need for cooking and you'll love to do dinners in the open concept space. For coffee lovers, we have a Keurig, and a coffee machine. Your kids will be ecstatic when they see the play space in the basement. Complete with board games, books, a climbing wall, a dinosaur, a slide, an art table, and more. The yard is fenced and includes a sand box you'll kids will love to play in as well. The home has radiant heat and portable A/C units are available in the summer. Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The Furry Guests Speaking of littles, we love dogs! You can add 1 pup to your reservation, as long as they’re housebroken. But please don’t leave your furry buddy at the house alone. The yard is fenced but some of the most MacGyver-like dogs are able to escape in certain areas. Absolutely no cats. (Sorry. Too many bad experiences). The Parking There’s room for 3 cars on the driveway. There’s also plenty of room on both roads that border the house. The Area You’ll be a 10 minute walk to downtown. 20 minutes to Discover Ski Area. Within 15 minutes of Old Works Golf Course, Anaconda Country Club and Fairmont Hot Springs & Gold Course. And the Pintler Wilderness is out your front door and in every direction. The Stairs Please note: This home has quite a few stairs. There are a few leading to the front door, some taking you upstairs and some to the basement. Look through the photos and make sure this is a good fit. Our Rules: - Maximum number of guests: 12 - No parties. - Only registered guests. The number of guests in the reservation is the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time, not just overnight. No additional guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. - Only one dog if he/she has been pre-approved. No cats or other animals.
