Check in was seamless, friendly staff and reaponsive hosts. Quiet, private residential area, safe and secure, suitable for small families. Walking distance to shops. My kids definitely enjoyed the pool.

It was disappointing our booking made six weeks prior to our arrival was not known about by Dolin until I rang asking about how do we get in? She did organise a room, even if wasn’t the room in the photos. I did us for the night but wasn’t worth the price

We stayed at a different apartment shown on our booking. Place was not spotless clean to what we expected. We were left with an old rusty kitchen sponge to use and some disturbing rubbish was left in one of the ensuites sink drawer. When we arrived, we were told about paying a $200 bond for damage. We did not pay as there was no instructions about this on their site. We thought this to be unacceptable and unprofessional. We told the lady that checked us in, if there happened to be any damage, we can deal with that matter upon check out. Other than that, Dolin was a very responsive host to any matter during our stay.
