This home has the advantage of being on the outskirts of Waterbury in a calm and beautiful neighborhood, while also being close to the highway, gas station, shops, and food. It is also within walking distance of local colleges. This particular room is located on the second floor of this home. This is a shared home with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and one full bathroom located on each floor of the home that is shared amongst guests on that floor. Guest rooms at a minimum contain bed(s), bedding, a nightstand, closet space or dresser for your clothing storage, and towels for your stay. Please note: -There are 2 sets of stairs: 1 set is to get into the home from the entryway and the next set is to get to your room after walking through the kitchen. - As this is a shared home, we do not allow children/infants to stay.
