A relaxed architecturally designed beachside bungalow offering the perfect getaway for your next holiday. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 9 guests (additional pull out sofa bed ideal for 2 additional children is available for use upon request). The bungalow is fully equipped with modern amenities including wifi, stocked kitchen, a swimming pool, air conditioning and is also pet-friendly both inside and outside the home. Situated just a 2-minute walk from the surf beach, you can enjoy the beautiful coastline at any time. The beach is also 24/7 dog-friendly allowing your furry friends to join in on the fun. If you fancy a leisurely stroll, the town centre is just a short 1.2km walk along the beachfront. Capricorn Dancer features two living areas and two outdoor entertaining areas, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The air-conditioned open-plan living, kitchen, office and dining area flow seamlessly onto the front deck, where you can enjoy the privacy and beauty of the surrounding blossoming trees. The front deck is equipped with a BBQ and an extendable table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation whilst still being able to engage with inside guests. For additional space, the Breezeway offers a second large lounge room with a plenty of seating, a library, board games and another flat screen smart TV. The Breezeway living room also has a double pull-out sofa bed for additional guests (available upon request and recommended for children). Glass sliding doors provide access to the side spacious outdoor deck overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Here, you can unwind on the lounge chairs while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool or witness the magical night time sky. The air-conditioned bedrooms are designed for a restful sleep, with the main bedroom overlooking the pool and featuring a queen-size bed and ensuite. Bedroom two offers a double bed, while bedroom three has two single beds and a single pull up trundle bed. The main bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, vanity, and toilet, and there is a separate internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The fully fenced yard is a haven for kids and pets with beautiful established trees and lawn space to play on. An outdoor shower is also on hand to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach. Everything you need for a beachside holiday is within walking distance. The location is under one hour from Brisbane Airport and allows for easy day trips to Brisbane City or the Sunshine Coast and only a 10-15 minute drive to the famous Sandstone Point Hotel. Woorim Beach, protected by Moreton Island, offers safe and gentle waves perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, fishing, and sandcastle building. Just a short walk from the bungalow, you can explore kilometres of white sand and on most days, crystal-clear waters. You may even be lucky enough to spot resident dolphins along with whales and turtles during their seasonal visits. The nearby town centre offers a selection of cafes, pub, restaurants, shops, and the local surf club. Various walking and biking tracks, parks, exercise stations, and picnic spots are all within close proximity. If you're a nature enthusiast, the surrounding bushland is a must-see. Take a leisurely stroll and spot native flora and fauna along the way. Keep an eye out for kangaroos hopping about or glimpse the beautiful array of birdlife that calls this place home. It's a true paradise for nature lovers. As pet owners ourselves, we understand the importance of including your furry family members on your holiday. We don't charge any pet fees and welcome dogs of any size to freely roam inside and outside the bungalow. We kindly request that they refrain from being on beds or furniture. The 24/7 dog-friendly (on leash) beach is just a 300m walk from the property, while the off-leash dog beach is a short 3-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away. Perfect place for young or older families or couples, with beautiful landscaping, separate living/sleeping areas, all the games and books you could want, pool and 2 verandahs. The host has thought of everything, even toys and treats for the dog. The location is quiet and private, walking distance to the beach.
Our stay at Capricorn Dancer was fantastic! The weather was wet and windy but the house is more than adequately setup for such occasions, with games, puzzles and books aplenty. Being close to amenities and the beach, Capricorn Dancer comes highly recommended. It has a lovely beach cottage vibe with all the plush comforts of home with some extra goodies thrown in. The house has lovely living areas and decks with ample space for lounging or quiet entertaining, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. The gardens are flush with native bushes bringing in the local bird life and the neighbourhood is very peaceful. Melissa is a great host with lots of communication and helpful hints to enjoy Bribie Island. It is the small attention to detail that shows her thoughtfulness to her guests. We look forward to enjoying another stay at Capricorn Dancer.
Capricorn Dancer was a fantastic, bright, breezy house with everything you could want. It was close to the beach and within a good walk to the shops and restaurants. It was a quick drive(10mins) to Sandstone Point which was handy for concerts, etc. I loved staying here. Melissa made us feel welcome and went out of her way to accommodate any need we had, It was like she was reading my mind including supplying chairs and rain coats for the concert which saved us from travelling with them. I love the design if the house and garage with great neighbours and lots of birdlife and butterflies in the garden. Cheers Sandra Klein.
This AirBnB was one of the best we've stayed at. Everyone loved it and kept commenting how they'd love to live here. We've also never been to such a well equipped and stocked AirBnB before, it had everything you needed and then some! The location is awesome. Far enough away from the hustle and right near the beach access. Mel was exceptionally accommodating and answered all questions we had very fast. The flexibility with Mel with check ins and out was so good too. We will 100% be back in the very near future and everyone else that was with us said the same, this will be our choice of Bribie accomodation going forward Thanks again Mel!

Situated on the easternmost tip of Bribie Island, Woorim is approximately an hour north of Brisbane and an hour south of Sunshine Coast. With no skyscrapers and just good old fashioned character dining options and shopping, everything you need for a relaxing holiday is right on your doorstep.
The 30km long stretch of sandy coastline of Woorim is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, picnicking, fishing and water sports or spotting the daily dolphins along with turtles and whales when in season. Moreton Island protects Bribie Island from most southerly swell, resulting in safe waves averaging 0.5 to 1m along Woorim Beach. 10 minutes down the road lies the calm waters of the Pumicestone Passage perfect for boating, jet skiing, fishing and kayaking.
Nature enthusiasts will love our close proximity to the National Park where you can appreciate the diverse range of wildlife, flora and fauna. It's an oasis for birdwatchers, bushwalkers, and wildlife lovers. If you bought your own 4WD, buy an online permit and explore The Ocean Beach drive which starts at the end of the street and continues along the beach for 23 km to Fort Bribie in the north of the island. Along the way explore cool creeks, take a break at one of four tannin-stained freshwater lagoons, or stop and cast a line from the beach. Enjoy stunning views of Caloundra and Moreton Island and watch large ships pass close to the island, destined for the Port of Brisbane. At the north end of the drive, explore the heritage-listed World War II structures of Fort Bribie. In the dunes, discover weathered gun emplacements and searchlight buildings once used to defend Queensland's coastline.
Apart from beach and bush related activities, Woorim offers various recreational opportunities with close by beachfront exercise equipment, bbq facilities and playgrounds. Bike tracks allow you a flat easy ride along the ocean front or across the island where you can explore more dining and shopping options at Bongaree. Within a 10-15 minute walk, the Surf Club provides a relaxed dining atmosphere with ocean views or enjoy the beergarden atmosphere at the iconic Blue Pacific Hotel. The Bribie Island Golf Club will cater to golf enthusiasts, or you can catch a movie at the local cinema or visit the mesmerising Butterfly house.
For those bringing their pooches, most cafes and eateries are dog friendly and there are numerous dog beach options with the on leash beach just 200m from your holiday home and the off leash beach only a 3 minute drive or 30 minute beachfront walk away.
The double carport can also accomodate a boat. Wide on street parking is also available. Bring your bikes, scooters, skateboards to enjoy the local flat beachfront pathways that can take you all the way across the island. Alternatively there is a bus stop directly outside that will take you around the Bribie Island, stopping at Sandstone Point and over to Caboolture.
