The place is ok. but the host is not helpful. check in instruction have alot to improve. the guide line is hard to understand for a person who not living there. i suggest to put some iconic shop or restaurant as guide for those who not understand the building structure. parking is way more complicated as there is many block. In room also no guideline about how to use the facilities. we find out the flush is not working, we ask many time to the host until he said the technician was finish working hour, but we found out what happen and where is the switch to open the flush by ourself. actually such simple issue can be settled right away. good thing, the host let me check out at 12pm for FOC.

Great stay, if only the cleaning fee is reduce, im paying rm80 for the cleaning of basically changing of bedsheet for the next guess and empty dustbin.

This R&F apartment is very clean and has a nice view of the Singapore-Johor bridge. It’s very quiet, a good place to have a peaceful rest. Near to Komtar / JBCC / JB Sentral. Would recommend.
