el alojamiento no cumplía las condiciones ni de espacios ni de higiene para alquilarse como una casa. La cocina era muy pequeña y estaba muy sucia y equipada con electrodomésticos viejos y deteriorados. Había otros huéspedes y un empleado residiendo allí aunque éste se mostró amable y colaborador pese a las nefastas características del alojamiento para ser alquilado íntegramente.
