This house was absolutely beautiful 😍😍 everything was perfect. My family and I had an amazing time and felt right at home. The entire house was squeaky clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor pool and patio was were we spent most of our time and we enjoyed every second of it. Will definitely come back.
The location was close to Lauderdale by the sea, yet tucked away in a private neighborhood. The backyard had a nice in ground pool with the canal behind it. Hosts were very responsive and courteous. Inside had a nice aesthetic, clean and modern. The Newman team ensured the checkin was easy and stay was up to spec. The location and the space was great for families or a few couples.
Location and neighbourhood was great. The house itself has a good layout and is spacious. Major plus is the outside area with the pool. I rate 4 out of 5 stars because there were some issues with the house that should be fixed but we're not resolved while we were there: neighbours shock light had an issue and lighted up one bedroom every few seconds. We resolved this by closing the hurricane shutters every night. Aircon was weak in one of the bedrooms while strong in most others, hence unpleasant sleep for one part of our group. Smoke detector was shrieking every 30min, so we had to detach it and left it in the car every night. Outdoor area was not maintained very well. Although the pool was clean, there was a lot of old stuff lying around which the kids had to stay away of (lamps, rusty hotel room safe, boards, tiles etc.). This would be a quick fix. Newman Hospitality was very quick to respond and send a maintenance guy over twice, but none of the issues got resolved.
Everything about this place was amazing . No complaints . Great area and close to everything !!!! One minor thing … the sink in the master bedroom didn’t drain well but other then that it was an exquisite experience !! Highly recommend :)
