This apartment is spacious, quiet for city centre and good value for money. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
This is a good apartment in a great, very central location. It's pretty spacious with all amenities needed - the beds are slightly squishy and not hugely comfortable for someone with back issues, but bearable for 2-3 nights. The main issue was with the main front door to the building which had a keypad system - on arrival we couldn't get into the building as the keypad was broken, we were fortunate that a tenant happened to be coming out and let us in. We reported the issue by phone but it didn't get fixed until the following afternoon, and then only worked for a short while till it broke again that same evening There is a back door entrance which we were able to use but it's not ideal as you have to go down smelly steps and through a car park, so not great that the main front entrance door was inaccessible.

Location is key with this apartment, you’re near shopping, sights and theatres. Nice view with park across the road. We’ll be happy to stay again. Nice homely touches including books and games. Communication was always promptly replied to. The codes for entrance took a little getting used to, but the process was explained very carefully with the details of the property. We felt the apartment could do with a little TLC, the ripped sofa which other people mentioned is still ripped. Some water damage to look into. Cleaning fee quite high, the living room rug had bits of food (?) in it, cutlery in the drawer wasn’t very clean, as well as oven trays, we bought foil and used that when using the oven More towels would have been nice, there was one per person, and one hand towel in one bathroom only - we were promised delivery of more towels when requested, but they never came. We shared one shower mat between two bathrooms (and four people) and used the other shower mat to dry our hands.
a great flat, really well located in Bristol. It was big and very comfortable - totally recommend this place
