Sarah was a great host. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Beds were super comfortable and the backyard was peaceful and relaxing.
Nice quiet location close to the ocean.
Sarah had great communication, checked in with us before we arrived and during our stay. The coffee and snacks were a great little bonus. Also really appreciated the labelled light switches.
This house was a joy to stay in. Backyard had several seating and lounging options in both sun and shade. Awesome fire pit area. Covered patio to get out of the rain and still enjoy Floridas beautiful temps. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. House was clean.. new appliances in kitchen. Home felt so cozy. Sarah is great! Power went out due to a storm and she checked in and gave updates as she heard from the power company. She was very kind and prompt on communication. Also was gracious on check out time. I will definitely rebook.

Up to now I have been renovating homes and then flip them. This house has a special feel to it, so I decided to keep it and see how it does as a short term rental. I enjoy the process of bringing old back to how it was before time got it's hands on it. I am from Dublin Ireland, have two children Katelyn 27yrs and Conor 23yrs. Both living their best life
