A beautiful new spacious house suitable for 2-8 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms offering clean comfortable accommodation with a fabulous view from the balcony of vineyards and the rail trail. Tucked away in a peaceful location but located only a few minutes walk to Rutherglen's thriving main street with cafes, wine bars and gourmet restaurants. This house has the best of both worlds, tranquility and close to all Rutherglen has to offer. Come and have an unforgettable visit. Bottom floor The house has an open plan living area with a full kitchen, dining room and lounge. The lounge area leads onto a covered patio that is a perfect place to have a quiet coffee or a drink. A toilet and laundry are also located on the ground floor for convenience. Bedroom 1 The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite is also on the ground floor. Second floor A beautifully crafted staircase leads to the second floor which has a second lounge area that leads to the balcony with amazing views over vineyards and the rail trail which invites cyclists and walkers. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 2: queen bed with an ensuite which has a bath, Bedroom 3: queen bed with built in robe Bedroom 4: 2 single beds with built in robe The house is in a quiet area of town but very close to the main street and the rail trail is 100m from the front door.

Great stay in a comfortable and new property for three couples. Very close to town which allowed us to walk to dinner and coffee. Central to the key wineries in the district. Highly recommended.
Jane’s place was beyond our expectations. It’s a beautiful home, very clean, lovely linen, well set out and with everything you need. It’s in a very quiet part of Rutherglen and is only a short walk to the Main Street with its shops, cafes and hotels. Parking was easy and it was just perfect for 4 adult couples. The rail trail across the road was a bonus. We had a great stay in Rutherglen. Thanks
Vineyard Vista was a perfect venue for our interstate reunion. A sparklingly new building within easy walk of the centre of town, and yet, had a rustic rural outlook. The house was very spacious and allowed two venues for socialising; one upstairs and one down. Facilities all very new and well designed.

The description and the photos were exactly what we found and even better. l was there for work with some employees so the expansive master suite gave me privacy when needed. The kitchen was perfectly appointed, nothing was missing. Location was a highlight - lovely and private next to a walking track. Yet an easy stroll to all the wonderful restaurants in Rutherglen. Flawless experience.
