The house is lovely and just like the photos show it. Very clean, comfortable with modern furnishings and everything we needed. Paul was warm and friendly with great communication from the moment we booked as well as calling to see if we had arrived safely and everything was ok. There was a useful set of instructions for how things worked (though nothing was complicated) as well as details of local restaurants etc.. Plenty of off road parking on the property which was useful as we had 3 cars. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend. It will be our first option next time we are visiting the area.

Great house. Fully equipped with all you need for short and long stay. The kitchens appliance were top notch. Lots of utensils, plates, crockery to host and make home meals. Waitrose was just a very short drive and the city was 10mins away by car.

I highly recommend this place. The host was great from the moment we booked and the information given was everything we needed. The house was immaculate and their attention to detail with furnishings was wonderful. The location is really great making it very accessible to all the places we wanted to go. This place is extremely good value for money and we will definitely be going back and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We had an amazing stay. We visit the area frequently and will be staying here whenever we can. The house is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and is in a superb location. Less than 10 minutes to the centre of Norwich and close to the A47 for access to the Broads and the rest of Norfolk, it really is the perfect location. The house had everything from luxurious bedrooms to a beautiful open plan living area and garden, it was the perfect place. Paul couldn't have been more helpful too. Highly recommend.
