Welcome to our cozy 4 bedroom house on Cobden Street in North Melbourne. With nearby attractions like Queen Victoria Market and Melbourne Museum, you'll have plenty to explore. Marvel Stadium and shopping precincts like Melbourne Central are also within reach. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Melbourne. Note: Its a 4 Bedroom, 2-level house with 1 bathroom & living room. You will be sharing the common areas with 3-6 other guests. Your spacious and immaculately clean room is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, bedside table, desk, chair and a wardrobe. The room is on the first floor of the house. You will have to climb up and down the stairs. The room has plenty of natural light from the windows. To ensure your comfort, we have provided an air conditioning unit that will keep you cozy during chilly winter nights and refreshingly cool during hot summer days. Also there is a small shared balcony for the room.

I had a great 6-week stay here. The place was just what it looked like in the photos and was a really comfortable space. The cleaner was in regularly to make sure the place looked nice, and the facilities were all very good. The area is just so ideal for someone visiting Melbourne and wanting to explore. It sits on the edge of the free tram zone, and it was a nice walking distance to most places, which made getting around so easy. Neel was great - very quick to respond and help out in any way he could. Thanks for a great stay.

This is an ideal spot for people who want to explore the city of Melbourne. Neel was very helpful and friendly.
Stayed at the place for a month and really enjoyed it! The room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen and bath room were really nice and cleaned regularly. Best of all was the location, right next to the queen victoria markets and very walkable from the cbd. Neel was also very friendly and quick to respond :) (The only thing to note is that the room doesn't have a working window, but there ac works well and there's a door to the balcony you can open for fresh air) Overall more than happy with my stay here!
