Veel pluspunten: heldere communicatie van de host, keuken en badkamer waren brandschoon en de locatie was fantastisch! Toch raad ik deze accommodatie op dit moment niet aan, met als belangrijkste reden dat het bed echt aan vervanging toe is. Het matras was volledig doorgezakt (je lag echt in een soort kuil), met na één nacht behoorlijke rugpijn als gevolg. De overige nachten heb ik noodgedwongen overdwars op het voeteneind van het bed geslapen, om mijn rug te sparen (erg oncomfortabel). Ook de slaapbank is doorgezakt en kraakt heel erg, dus is duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Verder werkte de wifi ontzettend slecht: maakte nauwelijks verbinding en verbinding viel vaak weg. Kortom: wanneer het bed en de slaapbank worden vervangen en er wordt gezorgd voor betere wifi-verbinding, is deze accommodatie een absolute aanrader!

Gavin was a great host, responsive and understanding. The location was perfect, being near Grote Markt and other attractions! The place was cozy and comfortable for what we needed for this trip.
Gavin’s place was very clean and very cozy. The location was fantastic. Close to everything and walkable. Gavin was always available for help. As soon as I asked for more blankets, I received them , in less than an hour! The only thing that you should know is that the staircase is very steep and precipitous. It was difficult to take the luggage up and down the staircase and if you have some mobility issues or have had a recent knee surgery I would not recommend you to use Gavin’s place. For the rest I give him and his team 5 stars and wish them the best of luck in continuing to host people from all around the world.
we really loved the Apartment. We really liked that it had a Lot of daylight because of the big Windows. Its a small Apartment but had Everything you Need to feel comfortable. It was also located really well!! All in all very nice :)) i would really recommend it
