The apartment is impeccably clean and conveniently situated near the train station, particularly advantageous for those arriving by FlixBus, train, or bus at Nord Stations. However, the neighborhood evokes a sense of unease. Additionally, the absence of blackout curtains results in an influx of light in the mornings. The shower box requires improvement. Nonetheless, the apartment possesses charming aesthetics, complemented by a balcony boasting an extraordinary view. I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10. In terms of value, I believe the price could be more competitive.

The place was incredibly clean and ready upon check in, there was plenty of storage and a lovely balcony, which was a huge plus. Sarah is incredibly helpful and easily accessible, putting our minds at ease with any questions etc. The area is about 20 - 25 minutes walk away from the centre with the station being only a couple minutes walk. The only negative would perhaps be certain streets in the area, however if you are back at a sensible time and you have your wits about you then you are sure to be fine and have a great time - this didn’t put us off at all as we are fairly street-smart and well travelled. Thanks so much Sarah, we hope to come back one day.
