Amazing view, clean, let's face it when you come to a different city you are spending more time away from the accommodation, it is mainly to sleep in and the beds were comfy and clean.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was an issue on check-in where the apartment hadn’t been cleaned due to late check-out of the previous guest, it wasn’t the hosts fault and the host was responsive and resolved it satisfactorily. The apartment is perfect for a short break, it is modern, has amazing views and is in a great location for exploring the City. The apartment is quite small but wasn’t an issue for us as we only stayed a few nights and went out a lot. Would be better if there were two fobs as you need a fob to enter building, lifts, gym etc so you need to all go together or go all the way down to ground to let them in. Also I would recommend taking a sleep mask as the apartment does not have blackout blinds and lets a lot of light into the bedrooms.

Our checkout experience was unexpectedly challenging, situated on the 59th floor with our car in a tight 9th-level carpark. Departing was laborious, further exacerbated by an unforeseen $400 late checkout fee due to delays in exiting the building by 5 or so minutes. This penalty was both surprising and exorbitant. Communication could have improved the situation; we vacated the apartment by the extended 11 AM checkout, as agreed, but weren’t informed about the rush to have the key in the lockbox downstairs after getting the car out as that is the same key the cleaner uses. While the building had amenities like a pool and gym, access wasn’t included, which was a missed opportunity. Despite these issues, the property itself and its remarkable views were commendable, shame the person we dealt with has done this.

Beautiful location and views spectacular. Close to supermarket and Southbank. Car park space a bonus.
