We enjoyed our stay at Emmanuel place. His staff was very professional. Emmanuel was responsive from time of booking to check out. Everything was accurate according to the descriptions in his post. We would stay in his home again.

The host was very responsive. The place was worth the amount paid and the caretakers were quick to help. There are few things that needed maintenance for instance one of the door does not close and the handle has broken so I had to use the bedside table to block the door at the back whenever I need to Close the door ( though I did not bring it to Emmanuel’s attention as I belive this fault is not new so he should be aware of it.) also the mosquito net in the bathroom window also has a hole and on several occasions I have seen cockroaches in the bathroom (I also did not bring this to his attention as I was able to deal with the issue). However the pros outweigh the cons and I will stay here again as it is worth the money and the place was clean. We have the care takers come in to clean as well. The other residents were making noise which affected my stay however I know Emmanuel had no control over that but he replied me as soon as possible and tried to rectify the issue. Thank you

Emmanuel’s place matched the photos as described, the road to the apartment itself wasn’t the best, but the neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The apartment was clean and everything listed worked as expected. The manager was super responsive and the house guys they had were very helpful if getting things we needed or answering any questions we had.

Emmanauel’s place was amazing loved the decor. He’s very responsive and detailed.. The pictures does this place no justice..The building staff that they have is one of the best I’ve had with Airbnb .. Very helpful with everything also came and gave tour of property.. I will most definitely book with him again …
