位置：在首尔地铁一号线祭基洞站附近，出行非常便利。 沟通：在我们还没有入住之前，房东可以灵活地提前checkin时间，提供行李寄存。一开始用暖气和地暖的时候出现了故障，房东积极和我们沟通，说明了情况并且提供了解决方案。 设施：很高兴提供了烧水壶、电吹风等设施，我们住得很好！ 房子没有很大，但足够温馨。Bob是一个非常好沟通的房东，感谢他给予我们的一切帮助和充分理解。

The building is right next to the station, very accessible from and to everywhere. The building itself is huge but very clean and quiet. The area has a lot of local restaurants that are cheap, friendly and delicious; all kinds of Korean and non Korean food you might think of trying. A very local and peaceful feel but everything you need is just nearby. Mr. Bob is also very helpful, thoughtful and responsive all the time. The room is spacious and very clean. Just note that the bedroom is on the loft, it will be difficult for people with mobility issues but the beds downstairs are still comfy and clean. Will definitely stay here again if ever I visit Seoul again.

Loved the space, it’s pretty spacious and a nice bright space with big windows! There was tons of space and the kitchen was a nice setup too. Although more out of the way, it’s so near the train station so it’s still v convenient. Bob was also very helpful in responding and even helping us place an order for food delivery!! Would def stay again.

Bob 是非常好的房東， 從我們還沒到首爾，他就一直提供幫忙。 房子非常乾淨， 生活用品一應俱全， 而且房子非常近地鐵， 就在房子的前面， 真的非常方便。 房子在安靜的區域， 不過附近的餐廳都非常出色， 烤肉，炸雞， 早餐店， 西餐一應俱全。 我們下次一定會再次預訂 Bob 的房源。
