We were very, very pleased with the Chino's cottage. Our host, Isaac was on hand when we arrived and gave us great instructions on how to enter the lock codes and how to use the gate clickers. He was very responsive to my many questions. He gave me his cell and he replied quickly to my follow-up questions. The house was spotless. Arnold and Adela were also onsite when we arrived and gave us a tour of the many rooms and features. Beds were neatly made and everything was in its proper places. Arnold showed us several things in the house that would've generated questions had he not explained them up front. The bathrooms and common areas were absolutely spotless. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the entire property. Please recognize Isaac, Arnold and Adela for the outstanding preparation and presentation of the cottage property!!

The house looked nice upon arrival but as a few hours passed and my family and i started to shower and get ready for our plans we started noticing very dirty bathrooms/showers. The tub in villa 1(main house) is not connected to a drainage system and this was not communicated until after it was used and water went everywhere and through the bunk bed room below. Additionally the water smelled of mold. Also a possum was in that room. Worst experience ever having to find a new airbnb for the weekend with 15 other people kids included. We couldn’t get into one until 1 am.the host said to be bringing remotes to the gates and never showed up then the water issue happened they stayed 1-2 hours before they will be there then about an hour later they sent someone to turn the water off. We were forced to leave. Not to mention all the bugs and spiders that were in villa 2 in the kitchen and ceiling of stair area. The house was very dusty and we had to clean to use anything.
