Pip is a great host: excellent communication and warm welcome. The sail loft is as lovely and calm as you see in the photos. The location is just a dream! Highly recommend.

Good location for 15-20 min drive to coast Saunton, Croyde beaches, walking distance to local shops & restaurants ( if you want fish & chips check out the South 16 chip shop behind the high st much better than the one with Queues on main road & not over priced!). Accommodation was cosy & clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during our stay it rained everyday but we still ventured to the beach & local walks. However WiFi & tv aerial very poor a router for the accommodation would have been appreciated as was difficult to plan each day when searching for things to do online plus as it was so rainy it wasn’t ideal to keep standing outside to get connection from main house :-/ & tv aerial weak too so evening tv on heavy rainy evenings was very difficult. Other than that the accommodation was nice & managed to park on the road of the property.

A fantastic cozy little place. Immaculate throughout. Great location. Fantastic fish and chip shop/restaurant within a 5 min walk. And close to saunton sands. Pip is a fabulous host. Highly recommend

A lovely, cosy cottage within walking distance of the town where you can find lots of gift shops and excellent fish and chips! Pip made us feel very welcome and we would love to visit again.
