Welcome to our newly remodeled South West Palm Bay retreat! Fresh updates, new beds, eco-friendly appliances, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a central location near attractions. Book now for a memorable Florida stay! If you are an outdoor loving person there is so much to do from camping, to fishing, airboat rides, and trail/nature walks. The beach is just 35 minutes away, and close to other award wining beaches such as Cocoa Beach. We have one of the best Zoo's in the nation. Entire house is newly remodeled. Spacious open floor plan with living room, two dining spaces, kitchen, laundry room, and three bedrooms. The garage is not available. Bed mattresses are new or in good-new condition. Couch has a full size sofa bed for added guests. Coasters available for protecting furniture. Master Bedroom is specious with large shower and vanity. Second bath may seem petite but has standard size tub shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom 2 and 3 are spacious with closets to hang clothing and luggage space, full size mirrors in both bedrooms. Home Amenities: - Wi-Fi is 300mbps speed - Fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, dining plates, glass cups, utensils, knifes, cutting board, basic spices, small coffee pot with coffee dispenser and regular sugar. Keurig, for those who want a single cup. Tea pot with tea bags, toaster, and dishwasher with pods. Fridge has water filter. - Bedrooms have comforters, extra covers upon request - Bathrooms have bath towels for each guest, no wash cloths, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer in master bathroom - Iron and ironing board in master bedroom - Washer and dryer includes some detergent with softener - SMART TV on Fire Stick with Netflix

A very beautiful place quiet, clean with a huge yard.

We had a great stay, house was very clean and had everything we needed. Kathy was extremely quick to reply to any questions and was exceedingly accommodating for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the home! It was very spacious and the layout was perfect for a 1 year old to wonder around without fear of him getting into something. Also there was a cute little welcome card with chocolates that was just the sweetest thing!

Quiet and cozy neighborhood in South West Palm Bay. You will have the most restful night stay here and wake up to the crickets and sounds of birds.
You can find a diverse number of birds such as blue jays, cardinals, lovebirds, crows, Canadian Sandhill cranes, and recently Wood Storks. We are 5 minutes from the Fred Poppe Regional Park and 1 minute from the Palm Bay Police Training Center.
Only 7 minutes from Heritage High School and 15 minutes from Bayside High School/Bayside Lakes, for those coming in to see students graduate or spend time with loved ones for summers or holidays. Our home is just 15 minutes away from the main stores, such as Walmart, Publix, or Home Depot.
We are 7 minutes down to Heritage highway that includes a path for running or biking for nearly 10 miles, seeing green pastures, grazing cows and bulls, varied other wild bird species, and awing amazing sunsets.
Also, you are 10 minutes close to the Three Forks Marsh Conservation of Thomas O. Lawton Recreation Area, where you can trail run, view wild life, or book your air boat ride tour to travel the river. Amazing scenery you won't want to regret seeing.
Please travel the speed limit down the neighbor hood, we have children occasionally playing in the streets by their homes, people walking their dogs or going out for a run, you know being outside like the good old days. We also have Sandhill Cranes that like to walk our neighborhood like they own the place. lol. These beautiful and majestic creatures are worth slowing down for.
Currently, we have exterior parking outside the home in the driveway. Parking is free and fits four vehicles comfortably. There is a minor crack in the driveway. Please watch your step.
