The hosts were welcoming and kind. I remember Bim assisting me with the luggage to move it upstairs, a gesture that truly shows his kindness. Katy, too, was exceptionally sweet. The accommodation lived up to its listing. Room was very clean, cozy and with a garden view. Kitchen was spacious. I didn’t face any problem. Washroom was clean and everything was perfect. Place was peaceful. One of the highlights was the excellent connectivity-just a minute away from the bus stop and hardly 10 minutes from Feltham railwy station. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a stay, all you need is your luggage, as everything else is provided. Staying with Bim and Katy felt like being home. Bim took the time to give me a tour of the place. Both Bimal and Katy went beyond hosting duties, offering tips and guidance, especially appreciated as I was new to the city.
