Eine gute Wohnung an hervorragender Lage. Fussgängerzone und Strand sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Auch ein kleines Coop ist ganz in der Nähe. Unsere Kinder liebten das warme Wasser und die Gelaterias! Allerdings muss man wissen, dass der Strom (Klimaanlage) und die Bettwäsche im Preis nicht inbegriffen sind. Auch am Strand muss man für Liegestühle bezahlen. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm mit zwei Liegen gemietet, obwohl wir zu sechst da waren. Die Kinder waren ohnehin die ganze Zeit im Wasser. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet. Als die Dusche undicht war, hat Davide gleich am nächsten Tag zwei Klempner vorbei geschickt. Ein Bett hing sehr stark durch. Leider habe ich das erst am Ende der Woche gemeldet, darum mussten wir damit auskommen. Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr engen Gasse. Da wollte ich mit dem Auto nicht rein fahren. Es war auch nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Ich fand einen auf der anderen Seite der Bahnlinie. Alles in allem eine gute Lösung für uns als Familie. Einfach, aber gut.

Appartamento accogliente sovrastante un altro alloggio. Il proprietario non pervenuto al momento del check-in, delegando suo figlio. La descrizione dei servizi (parcheggio in loco) non è veritiera, in quanto il proprietario dopo insistenti richieste ci ha garantito parcheggio a 1,5 km dall’alloggio. Oggetti per la casa(piatti, spazzolone per bagno) insufficienti/scarsi. Proprietario indisponente e poco cordiale al momento del check out. Esperienza sconsigliata.

We are very happy with 2 weeks stay in the house. The house is big. 3 bedrooms are large. There is air conditioning in every bedroom. There is air-conditioning in the living room, too. On the first floor there are the 3 bedrooms and the shower room. The shower room is very comfortable. There is also bidet in the shower room.There is washing mashing, too. On the ground floor there is kitchen, dinnjng area and a living room. There is bathroom on this floor which is very convenient. There is a big TV in the living room and smaller on in one of the bedroom. There is big balcony on the first floor where we dried our clothes in the hot weather. When you enter the house there is a hose with water and I found it very useful to for cleaning the sand off after beach.

Casa come descritta a 30 metri dal mare. Peccato che in questo periodo c’era un cantiere per la zona pedonale. Poi, per motivi del corona, non tutto era aperto. Abbiamo passato 2 settimane comode nella casa.
