Hi.1st of all, thank u for letting us stay in your place.Your house was comfortable and clean. Just that the stains I mentioned rob our eyes to have to look on it and my husband personally doesn’t like it n he is the one noticed abt the stains on the sofa.2nd thing that had made me felt not a good experience was to deal with your washing machine,I finally washed it at the laundry n I was having difficult time to wait for the washing machine to operate, it kepts on not working. It took my effort and time.Btw, for all my problem that I’ve encountered,I texted Zhi Hao and he helped to explain to me but the explanation does not help me solve the problem.Zhi Hao response time is great,he will reply very fast.3rd thing was the narrow ramp to go up was tricky,we have to be very careful not to scratch the side of the car.4th thing was the entrance card was not really functioning at few level(I forgot which floor).When I take the card out,then only the card reader able to read the card.

nice place. suitable for small family. clean. Aircond and washing machine+dryer is very useful for us. responsive host. only negative thing to say is the access card for parking is not really responsive. need to go out the car and scan the card. but. love the place. will def book again.
