Very responsive host! Easy to find. Spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Could have used more towels. A mat at the door would have been helpful with wet shoes tracking everywhere. Master bathroom shower hard to keep the water off the floor. Overall nice stay.

The house appeared to be newly renovated. It still has some minor work to be done. Very clean and new. We plan to rent again.

I had an issue come up and was unable to make the trip. Cindy was slow in responding to Airbnb as I was requesting a full refund. Did not know about the cancellation policy as I don’t take many trips but, Cindy was unwilling to budge and at least offer 50 percent refund as she said was policy. In addition, was never sent check in instructions or code to access the property, basically locked out should I or a family member make the trip. She was informed of the issue 4 days before my trip, this area of Madisonville Ky had no bookings when I looked so her home would have been quickly booked for Thanksgiving. I only received a message from Cindy 8 days later. Terrible experience and would not book with her again. Lucky my bank gave me a full refund or she would have stole $605. from me.
