Great 1 bedroom in secure building. Up to date and modern. Shedrick is an awesome host, very responsive( Like in minutes if not faster). Made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to answer questions or provide information about the area.

This place was awesome. It was very clean and very spacious for two people. The kitchen was also awesome and if you wanted to cook something there instead of eating out. It has an amazing patio where you can sit and gather your thoughts. The best thing is the peace and quiet you get at night. After 9pm everyone is respectful and there's no loud noises so you end up getting good rest. One thing I would change is the shower head in the shower. You get hot water and everything but I wish there was a stronger stream of water. With me I have a afro and I need good pressure to wash out any shampoo or conditioner that's in my hair but that's just me. Overall this place was awesome, and if I ever come back to the Dallas/Richardson area I want to try to always get this place over, and over again. The host was amazing and whenever I had a question he was able to give me answers throughout the day and night.

Shedrick’s place felt like home from the minute we walked in the door. From the super comfortable couch and bed to the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom to the little things like proving coffee, bottled water and snacks, it was an amazing stay. Great place and would love to stay here again. Shedrick was so accommodating and friendly, best host and best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had!

Amazing place to stay at! Super safe neighborhood with quiet neighbors. The apartment was described exactly as stated, and was stocked with plenty of basic necessities. My boyfriend and I stayed for a couple of nights and never ran into a single issue. We actually loved it so much we extended the trip another day, and Shedrick was very helpful changing the reservation! Only thing I would say is to bring cooking supplies if your looking for something specific to cook with :)
