Mixed Experience - Great Location, Pest Issue My stay at this place had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location of the unit was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Additionally, the check-in and check-out procedures were straightforward, thanks to clear instructions provided by the host. However, the presence of pests was a significant downside. Despite the unit being cleaned, we encountered dead cockroaches on the living room rug and live ones in the kitchen area, which was quite unsettling. While I understand that pest issues can sometimes occur, it's disappointing to encounter them in an otherwise well-located and seemingly well-maintained property. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the host to address the pest problem and ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Overall, my experience was mixed due to this issue, but I appreciate the efforts made by the host to provide a pleasant stay.
The place had everything you could need and located right in the centre of crows nest shops yet very quiet. The outdoor courtyard was a great little sanctuary.
Crows Nest Gem is true to its name. Step out the front door and you will be in the heart of Crows Nest, just a moment’s walk to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and transport. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and has everything you could need for a home away from home. The private courtyard and secure underground parking add to the value of this stylish accommodation. We highly recommend Crows Nest Gem for its convenience and comfortable amenities.
Definitely a good place to stay. Highly recommend of people who want to try different cafés and restaurants. Got plenty of options around the area. Few steps away from wollies and bus stop.
