Hello & Welcome to my newly renovated and roomy apartment in Downtown Vancouver! Nestled in vibrant Gastown, renowned for its lively atmosphere and housing some of the city's premier Michelin Star restaurants and charming cafes. Key features: - 2-minute stroll to the central train station (Waterfront) - 2-minute walk to the iconic steam clock - 5-minute walk to the cruise ships - Three comfortable Queen beds - Secured parking Explore the vibrant surroundings of Gastown, surrounded by shops, cafes, and attractions. Bordering Chinatown and the Downtown Eastside, the area boasts a rich history and unique offerings. While being mindful of social issues, embrace the neighborhood's charm and history, staying within Gastown and avoiding areas past Abbott and Cordova. Note that like any major city, there may be homelessness in certain areas. Additionally, occasional construction noise is inevitable, adhering to city noise bylaws. *Beds & Bedrooms (3 Queen beds, 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) -Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. -Second bedroom with direct bathroom access. -Queens sized Pull down Murphy bed in office space. *Awesome Amenities: -New appliances, in-unit washer/dryer. -Underground parking (tight space for expert drivers), fits my Pickup but tight. -4K Smart TV, full kitchen, BBQ, TOSOT mini fridge. House Rules: No loud music or parties; strict building policies. No access to the rooftop and no alcohol in public areas Amenity spaces closed for guests, violators will be fined. Automated check-in from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Outside these times, alternative details provided (on-premise not guaranteed).

Pros: Great location. Friendly and communicative host. Clean apartment + amenities. Secure garage parking. Cons: Although secure, parking could be better. You have to find the exact spot yourself, which takes some time. The spot is for a small, compact car. My Outback fit, but I had to close my mirrors and exit the passenger seat. Finding the elevator instructions could be more specific. Basically, you spend a lot of time frustrated in the garage, and then the rest of the stay is a breeze. The host is kind but makes it very clear not to speak to the front desk or neighbors. It was never a problem, but it was an unwelcoming feeling at first. Still, 10/10. We would stay again, too, now that we know how to navigate these initial headaches.
We had a great night at Justin’s place in Vancouver. Condo was very modern and clean. The building had great amenities with lovely rooftop views. Justin was very responsive to our questions. Parking was a bit tricky to figure out but after a few tries we found our spot. I would recommend staying there as the location was perfect and very close to many restaurants and coffee shops.
