we really enjoyed the back patio and the house was nice and quiet!
House was ideally located for our Golf trip in getting the various courses near Melbourne. It was also close by to some some nice bars and eateries. As some previous guests have pointed out there is a door missing to the outside net enclosure over the pool which will let in insects and also there is the frequent 'tooting' from the railway line trains nearby. But neither spoilt our stay. The house was spacious, beds comfortable, pool lovely for a refreshing dip and Lindsey was very responsive to communications with her.

Our stay was great overall, we were able to host some family over and had a great time. The house was nice and the living room was spacious with a comfy couch. We really liked the layout of the home and the open concept, which was great for having family over. A couple of things to point out - It would have been nice to know that the dishwasher was broken and not able to be used at all during our trip. The pots and pans were covered in black residue as if someone had cooked in them and burnt the food but never cleaned it out. The kitchen could have have been a little more equipped to cook meals for a larger group. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. Not far from restaurants and Melbourne beach.
This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. We all loved the comfy couch and the pool/patio was such a great place to spend most of our days. We were also able to get to the beach very quickly. The house is close to a lot of shops and restaurants in an established neighborhood. Lindsey was so great to work with and provided a prompt response to every message.
