You will be close to everything when you stay at this spacious centrally-located house with a large yard. Two miles from vibrant downtown Westerly, and three miles from several ocean beaches, in a quiet neighborhood, there is plenty of space to gather, and relax. The house has an open plan kitchen with two dining areas, two living rooms, and a finished basement with a large TV and games. The outdoor space features a large lawn, spacious outdoor patio, and beautiful sunsets from the backyard. The house offers ample space for entertaining family, both inside and out (seasonally). The outside patio offers a Weber grill, a patio dining set that seats 6, an outdoor cushioned seating area with a large umbrella, and a separate lawn seating area with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, and an enclosed outdoor shower. Behind the patio is a large backyard great for kids to run around in. On the main floor of the house, with two dining room tables separated by the open kitchen, adults can sit at one, and kids at the other. There are two living room areas, one with an electric fireplace and a piano, and another with a sectional sofa set up for TV watching. Also on the first floor is a laundry room and a half bath. Sleeping areas include three upstairs bedrooms, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, and full beds in the other two bedrooms. Upstairs contains two full bathrooms, with the master bedroom having its own bathroom. The master bedroom also has an attached room from which you can see a bit of the river down the street (less in the summer with leaves on the trees). This attached room also has a desk and can be used as an office. The basement offers two interconnected game rooms with a large TV, seating areas (pull-out couch), ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, and a trundle bed.
