My family and I had an amazing time. The house was clean, very spacious and even more beautiful in person. Plenty of space in the backyard for the kids to play. Will definitely be returning.
So I’m not giving a five star just because the amount of money we paid for this place which was about $1400 a night check in time is at 4 PM which is a total loss of a whole day and check out at 10 AM and they were not flexible at all. Another thing I had asked to please have the heater on. They said no problem we will have it on because it’s in the 30s, when we got there it was not on and it took one whole night and the next day to get warm so it was freezing and it’s a big house so they did not accommodate that at all they had maintenance come out twice to check it because it wasn’t warming up the house is beautiful it was clean it was big. They are definitely not flexible at all on check-in and check out and pay that kind of money. I think you’re not even getting a full two days.
Need to replace light bulbs, more towels needed, long driveway needed to be snowplowed. Otherwise, beautiful, spacious home and enjoyed our time!
This was an amazing home and we really enjoyed our stay. I have no complaints. I can’t wait till next year to rebook again. It was so spacious and clean. The manager was always available and had a quick response! Couldn’t have asked for anything better.
We had the absolute best time on our mountain getaway. The house was fantastic and even with 4 families staying there we never felt on top of one another. The backyard was so spacious and the kids had such fun afternoons filled with running around, snow ball fights and building snowmen! The house wasn’t too far of a drive from the city, and it provided us with privacy and serenity away from the crowds. Check in/out was smooth and they were quick to respond with any questions/concerns that we had! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being apart of such a memorable trip for all 4 families and providing the perfect space for us to call home for our snow weekend!

Mountain Transit’s new Free Big Bear Trolley service is here! Three convenient routes (Red, Blue,
Gold) take riders to most of the visitor attractions and amenities in Big Bear, including the ski resorts,
Boulder Bay, The Village, Supermarkets, and the Airport. For the first time, public transit will serve the
Big Bear Airport on a scheduled route. This transportation service will offer convenient and reliable
transportation for both locals and visitors and help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the
Valley.
